I had to make a hard decision. Due to COVID numbers on the rise and protection of my family we are taking all in person class to the inter webs. My heart hurts to say this because it does change mental health and wellness, however it is just not 100% safe to go down the same path. I caught myself nodding off today when getting a few things done. I had to take a resting day. It is super important to listen to your body and trust yourself. I made that mistake early on in my life and it lead down a very bad path of depression, car accidents and general poor health. Lack of sleep and increased coffee can lead to weight gain.
